Delivery and Return Information
Standard Delivery
Next day delivery – We deliver from Tuesday until Saturday. Ordered before 15:30, delivery tomorrow. Ordered after 15:30, delivery in 2 days. Deliveries will occur between 08:00 and 22:00.

The delivery day is indicative and we will do our upmost to deliver accordingly.
Tracking your order
You will receive an order confirmation via email once you fully submitted your order in the web shop and the payment has been authorized. At this stage your order has been processed and the preparation of the shipment will start.
Once the preparation of the shipment has been processed by our logistic partner, you will receive an email containing a link which enables you to follow live the tracking & tracing of your package.
You will be informed on the exact delivery time via SMS which will be send to your mobile number on the day of delivery.
Delivery of your order
Orders will only be delivered in the Netherlands.
Your order will be delivered by our courier between 08:00 and 22:00. In case there is no one available to accept the delivery we will retry the delivery the next day, with the exception of Sundays.
Important: Our products are for adults only, therefore we can only deliver at the specified delivery address. The recipient will be asked for his/her ID to prove the legal age (+18). When the recipient is not the person that ordered the products, please ensure he/she is informed on this and on top of her own ID also is able to show a (copy) of the ID of the person that has ordered the products.
RETURNING YOUR ORDER
You have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days after delivery of the order without giving any reason. This withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which the Product was delivered to you or another person accepting the delivery for you. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to communicate your desire to exercise the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired by contacting the customer service center. The customer service center will verify whether you are entitled to return the Products (i.e. will verify whether the withdrawal is not yet expired). If you are entitled to return the product, the customer service center will send a ‘free of charge’ return label to you by e-mail or post. You can send the unused, undamaged Product in the original packaging and the proof of purchase free of charge back to the address on the return label. Upon receipt of the Product there will be a check of the Product. If this check determines that all conditions have been fulfilled, refund of payment will be made via the same way payment was made by you. You will then receive a credit note.
