myIQOS - FAQs

In Netherlands, IQOS offers the following services under myIQOS:
- Accidental damage coverage (1 per each single line item)
- Quick replacement in Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Eindhoven, Utrecht, Hague
-International Assistance in over 40 countries
As long as you did not specifically unsubscribed from myIQOS and that your device is still under warranty, your device remains covered by myIQOS.
For each device, you are entitled to one claim on accidental damage during the coverage period. To find out more about your coverage please contact your IQOS Care Center.
For the time being, myIQOS is offered free of charge, and is automatically available to all consumers upon registration.
