Before you start the firmware upgrade, ensure that your device is fully charged.
Install the IQOS app or access the browser app using the links below.
Follow the instructions in the app to update your firmware in a few minutes time.
Do not disconnect your device before the firmware upgrade is finished.

Tip: Connecting your IQOS through the USB cable is the fastest option.
