How to return your device for recycling?

If you have an old, broken or unused IQOS device, you can send it back to us so we can recycle it. We can repurpose 84% of your device, from the plastics to the precious metals. For every returned IQOS device we pledge to plant one tree through our partner Onetreeplanted.org.

You can attribute by either dropping off your device physically in one of the following retailers OR you can request a free mail return via Post NL. (device and holders only, no cables or accessories)

Option 1 - Return via PostNL:
Step 1: Place the device in a carton box or envelope. You can (re)use any that will fit the device. Make sure it does not move inside, before you tape it shut.
Step 2: Very visibly, write on the box/envelope: 98158 1000 VA AMSTERDAM
Step 3: Take the box/envelope to any Post NL office or drop off point. Post NL will create a return label and handle the rest of the shipping, free of charge.

Option 2 - Return in the shop:
