Once we receive the returned IQOS we will inspect and process the device according to our internal return guidelines.
All devices are then disposed in a recycling container managed by the recycling company WeCycle.

Once your experience with your IQOS device is finished, remove the used tobacco stick (HEETS or TEREA). If recycling is not possible, dispose of the stick as soon as it is fully cooled, according to local waste disposal regulations.
