The IQOS app is the application that provides connected support services and enables IQOS users to customize the interactions with IQOS devices. There are different versions of the IQOS app: a desktop app, mobile app and webapp. Among others, the IQOS app enables to personalize the experience with IQOS devices with features such as: -Auto cleaning - Ilumination and vibration mode - Auto diagnotic tool, - Find my IQOS, - Device lock, etc.

Yes you can, provided that your have already created your account. The IQOS app will display IQOS devices that are registered in your account even if they were not previously connected with the IQOS app. You also have the option to link a new device to your account in the IQOS app.
